febromed considers it a matter of course to follow the law. febromed plans and implements its corporate strategies in a sustainable manner. If mistakes are made, febromed is interested in receiving information in order to correct them as quickly as possible. For this reason, febromed offers a channel to notify febromed of serious violations of laws and regulations on the part of febromed. This channel is not to be seen as a general complaint channel. The channel is to be used in case of misconduct, e.g. in the areas of: Corruption, fraud and breach of trust, occupational health and safety incl. mobbing and harassment, violations of antitrust and competition laws, export control regulations, data protection, environment, human rights violations.

febromed attaches great importance to protecting whistleblowers from any disadvantages resulting from their report. We also ask that the whistleblower system be used responsibly, as false suspicions can have serious consequences for those affected.

Knowingly making false reports or otherwise abusing the system is not permitted and may have labour and criminal law consequences.

For effective processing of the tip, it is advantageous that you provide us with your contact details. Your tip will be treated with absolute confidentiality. If you prefer to remain anonymous, we also understand.
