We are committed to the strict certificates for the manufacture of medical products. All of our manufacturing and sales operations are subject to a quality management system that starts at the product development stage and continues through manufacturing and sales to post-installation support at the customer’s site.

The ISO 9001 standard is applied by FEBROMED and regularly monitored in an external audit by an accredited inspection body. All important aspects of the development, production and distribution of medical products for delivery rooms, breastfeeding rooms, neonatology and radiology as well as the production of products made of rubber material are put through their paces. The standard is supplemented by the European DIN EN ISO 13485 for relaxation and birthing tubs, birthing systems, nursing chairs, positioning aids, seat cushions, infant bath tubs or support systems for radiology patients.

This means that we specify precisely strict requirements for hygiene, handling, functions and maintenance as early as the development specification. In this way, we systematically exclude risks for medical staff, radiology patients and expectant mothers with their children. For example, as early as the design stage of a new product, we conscientiously eliminate openings and gaps into which liquids such as blood could penetrate and thus become a dangerous source of illness. We also make sure that the products are easy to clean and resistant to harsh disinfectants.
